I have, for a very long time, wanted to create objects of decoration that resemble me, to refurbish old furniture in order to give them a second life and to make it my job. It took me a little time to get started but today, it's done! And I am so happy about it! I have fun creating deco objects made of driftwood from freshwater based on what I find in nature but I also create decor from diverted objects, using recycled materials. Lamps, chandeliers, candle holders, tealights... the ideas for creations are endless. I invite you to browse my site to discover my creations. I also create on demand. My workshop is based in Saint-Quentin in Aisne (02) but I travel to meet your needs, if you have decoration ideas from personal objects.
DRIFTWOOD
DRIFTWOOD
OLD PLANE IN WOOD
DRIFTWOOD
The idea of creating from freshwater driftwood
came to me while we were on vacation, with family,
in a magical place next to Bordeaux. Have I already told you about it?
This place, which I will keep secret, is made up of about fifteen ponds
that need to be regularly drained to promote plant biodiversity, reduce siltation, control
development etc. Finally, I'm not going to give you a lecture on pond drainage.
However, it is important that you understand where the wood I work with comes from. The owners of this magical place have often deposited
branches in the bottom to prevent illegal fishing. Their desire to preserve the fish represents with each
drainage of ponds, a gold mine for me!
My decorative creations are made according to what chance offers me, the shape of each wood and the creativity that each of them inspires me!
This source of driftwood represents the essence of my creations but that's not all! Whether it's an old building to empty, or pieces of wood, they are all opportunities to imagine unique and original objects!
